Watch it, don't wait for it
Monitoring runs 24/7 on every machine and network we manage. We'd rather catch the failing drive on a Tuesday than lose your files on a Friday.
We're a two-person managed-IT shop in Cathedral City, and honestly? Our goal is for you to forget we exist — because nothing's on fire. Here's who we are and how we work.
Zaharia Systems came out of a simple frustration — small offices in the valley were getting treated like an afterthought.
The big managed-IT outfits wanted enterprise contracts and enterprise budgets. The solo "guy with a van" showed up after the server was already down. Neither of those fit a six-person law office or a two-chair dental practice that just needs the printers, the Wi-Fi, and the client files to work every morning.
So we built the thing in the middle: a real managed-IT desk, sized for small professional firms, run by the same two people who pick up when you call. We already know your setup — we're not googling it while you wait.
We're based right here at Navajo Trail in Cathedral City, and we cover the offices we can actually get to on a bad day. That's the whole idea — close enough to show up, small enough to care.

Retainer clients get a single monthly figure and unlimited tickets during business hours. No stopwatch, no "well, that took three hours" surprise on the invoice.
We don't hide behind jargon. If we recommend spending money, we'll tell you exactly why in words your office manager can repeat back to the partners.
You're not getting a rotating call-center. It's the two of us — we learn your quirks, your logins, the printer that hates Mondays.
No two-year contract holding you hostage. We'd rather earn the renewal by being worth it than trap you in paperwork.
A backup nobody's ever tested isn't a backup — it's a hope. We test restores monthly so the safety net is actually there when you need it.
Handles the deeper work — network design, cloud moves, the cleanup passes. If your office is getting off an aging server, this is the person mapping every file so nothing goes missing over a weekend.
The voice on the other end when the Wi-Fi's acting up or an email looks fishy. Watches the monitoring dashboards all day, so more often than not she's already fixing it before your text comes in.
Remote support covers most of the valley same-day. When something needs hands on the hardware, these are the towns we'll drive to — because being close enough to show up on a bad day is kind of the whole point.
Outside this list? Give us a shout anyway — if it's a short hop off the 111, we'll usually make it work.
